Took my truck here for its 1st service since purchase. Great service; thank you Ewing service team!

I saw the car online that I wanted to purchase and the price was as advertised which was great. That’s about the only good thing that I can say about this dealership. I worked with Wilson who sold me the car… he was okay, definitely didn’t go above and beyond nor did he seem to really care. The real issue was with Jason. He was awful. The second I declined the extended warranty on my car his whole demeanor and attitude changed. He was extremely unhelpful as I had some questions due to my car being an out of state purchase his only response was to “take it up with Florida”. On top of that he told me that the only way I could get the titles transferred for the new vehicle in Florida was if I took the car back to Florida and had a notary AND a police officer verify the VIN. This was not accurate at all and despite Jason telling me that he knew what he was talking about and that was surely the only way to do it. Quite clearly Jason in fact does not know what he’s talking about. I called the Florida DMV and they notified me that I could just take my car to the local police station to verify the VIN. I did not have to drive my car all the way back to Florida nor did I have to have a notary if I took the car to the police station. On top of all of that, half the paperwork that Jason assured me was filled out properly wasn’t correct and now I’m left dealing with the Florida DMV due to paperwork that doesn't have signatures on it. I don’t recommend this dealership at all but if you do you choose to come to this dealership I would stay away from Jason and his incompetence.

Very disappointed with my experience regarding a $1,000 deposit. I placed the deposit with Ewing Buick GMC on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to hold a vehicle. I was not told the deposit was non-refundable and never signed anything stating that it was non-refundable.When I requested my $1,000 back, I was told the deposit was non-refundable and that I had supposedly agreed to those terms. However, I was never shown anything clearly stating this before making the payment.What makes this even more frustrating is that the Chevy dealership I purchased my truck from yesterday used the same Tekion payment system for deposits, and they specifically told me that the deposit would be refundable if I hadn’t signed anything making it non-refundable.I would recommend anyone considering leaving a deposit here to get the refund policy in writing before paying anything. I am very disappointed that Ewing is choosing to keep my $1,000 over terms that were never clearly disclosed to me.

Superior recent experience with Ewing Buick while buying a used car for my son (for college). Clayton is an experienced team player with an excellent customer-service skillset. Clayton's manager, Chris, amplified this extremely positive experience by fully supporting Chris - making the process move quickly - and trusting me to quickly integrate a mechanic to assess potential purchases.
